In mid-November, our project partner Purefood welcomed us to their premises in Oslo, Norway. We were positively surprised to find out that only people with disabilities are employed in the entire bakery. It was amazing to observe their skill, enthusiasm and joy with every bread they baked. They were supremely supportive and willing to innovate for a joint project. It was a creative workshop from which we gained energy and appetite for further challenges.
