Opening conference of the Safe Food project at the Devín Hotel


 
 

On 31.8.2022, the opening conference of the Safe Food project took place at the Devín Hotel. The main topic was to create innovations for people suffering from food allergies, intolerances or celiac disease. The conference was opened by the Deputy Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway, Ms. Marian Ruud Hagen. Our project partner from Norway introduced us to Purefood, its development and market position. Being the most successful manufacturer of gluten-free bakery products in Norway, we are happy that some gluten-free products will be baked in our Safe Food Lab and new recipes will be created under the wings of our bakers and chefs, which you will also be able to taste.
